hisi_mehlotaI love the trees towns put up this time of year. I loved them last year and I love them this year, and I'll probably love them next year, too. I think they're beautiful.
There's more of an event this year. Last year, the moogles passed out fireworks, and if they did anything else, I never heard of it. This year, they provide a teleport service between the towns (excluding Jeuno). In town, you can collect letters from kids and deliver them to the man in the red hat, and you get a hat like his! So now I have a very cool red hat with a white pompom on it. But there's more! You can deliver gifts to kids, too! Then, there's a third event completely unrelated to those two. In each town, in port, you'll be sent to pick up goods from the Merchant Moogles lurking outside the residential areas. After you run, walk, warp, or, in my case, run really fast, there and back, and hand over the supplies, you get a mini-tree for your mog house! I got the San d'Orian tree and was moogle warped to Bastok. I'll do that one tomorrow.
